Choose the next stop before the show starts. The Amp's free shuttle goes back to its satellite parking lots and runs for up to one hour after the event ends. It does not carry the crowd into town for a second round.
- Decide whether you are staying on the island. Davis Shores and the beach keep you east of the Bridge of Lions.
- Choose the room, not just the neighborhood. Cocktails, arcade games, and live music are three different nights.
- Protect the ride home. If you use the free satellite shuttle, retrieve the car before making the next move.
- Check the same-night calendar and closing time. A good idea at 8 p.m. can be a locked door after the encore.
| If you want | Go toward | Strongest current choice | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cocktails without crossing the bridge | Davis Shores | Odd Birds | Open until 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Charlotte 33 needs a reservation. |
| Music, games, and a loose room | Davis Shores | Planet Sarbez | More than 35 arcade machines. All ages until 8 p.m., 18 and older until 10, then 21 and older. |
| Another ticketed room | St. Augustine Beach | Cafe Eleven | Use its calendar first. This works when the second show actually lines up. |
| A serious late cocktail | Lincolnville | Ice Plant Bar | The published 2 a.m. close is Friday and Saturday. Other nights end at midnight. |
| Food and a 2 a.m. close | Old City | Barley Republic | The late menu and 2 a.m. close are posted every night. |
| A band after the band | Old City | Tradewinds | Friday and Saturday bands are posted through 1:30 a.m. Check the live schedule. |
The move that saves the night
Do not stand outside The Amp asking six people where they want to go. Pick one direction before the opener, save the venue page, and let the driver know whether the final stop is Davis Shores, the beach, Lincolnville, or the Old City.
The Amp's official parking page says free satellite shuttles begin one hour before gate time and run for up to one hour after the event ends. Venue details were checked September 26, 2026.
